How do I reserve a spot?

$800 CAD deposit is required to hold your spot (non-refundable).

Flash sale bookings must be paid in full at time of booking.

Our contest Winner will receive a free booking.

Book and pay in full with your credit card through the payment portal on our website.

What if I need to cancel?

Because the retreat has limited spots:

All payments are non-refundable, BUT they are transferable to another person. Just let us know!

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

What happens if the host cancels?

In the unlikely situation that we cancel, you will receive a full refund (or credit for a future retreat if you prefer - but that is totally your decision).
We never keep your funds if we have to cancel.

Do I have to participate in every workshop?

No! Most certainly not.
This retreat is about self-trust, not performance.
You’re welcome to rest when needed.

Listen to your body and yourself and do whatever feels right for you. This is not about proving yourself or validating anyone else - nor seeking validation! This is just for you.
