I’m the founder of Emerald Goddess, a creative sanctuary for women rooted in authenticity, storytelling, and reclamation.

My background spans academic research, creative writing, and years of personal and professional work alongside women navigating transition, grief, and reinvention. After completing advanced doctoral studies, I made the choice to step away from institutions that required disconnection from the body, intuition, and emotional truth.

Emerald Goddess grew from that decision — from the belief that creativity is not a luxury, but a vital language of healing and resistance. Today, I facilitate retreats, writing circles, and embodied creative spaces for women who are ready to reconnect with their voice and live with greater truth and presence.

Leaving what asked me to be smaller.
